Can’t connect to the Management Reporter server

Within Management Reporter, you might get an error that reads
“Can’t connect to the Management Reporter server. Do you want to
specify a different server address?”
This error lead me to KB2406829 which had some really good things to
troubleshoot, but didn’t resolve my issue. After reviewing the IIS
website properties, I noticed that Read and Directory Browsing had been
unchecked. You will want to make sure these boxes are checked when you
are troubleshooting your Management Reporter issue as shown below.
